Programs at GSFC University

B.Tech Chemical Engineering:

  • 80 Hours industrial training is mandatory for all faculty members of the University.
  • Our Industry partners include GSFC ltd, IOCL,GACL, Transpek, Shiva-pharma, Deepak nitrates ltd, GFL, etc.
  • Visiting faculties from Industries to teach skill based courses.
  • Internship given to the students in the core chemical companies.
  • Mandatory Internship given to the students and faculty at the end of every semester.
Qualifying Criteria: 10+2 (Science) Or Equivalent.

B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering:

  • 80 Hours industrial training is mandatory for all faculty members of the University.
  • Our Industry partners include GSFC ltd, IOCL,GACL, Transpek, Shiva-pharma, Deepak nitrates ltd, GFL, etc.

B.Tech (Fire & environment, Health and safety Engineering)

  • An innovative, research driven 4 year bachelor course for students.
  • The department has established the MOU’s with various industries/organizations such as AAI, IIT Gandhinagar etc.
  • Internship offered to the students.
Qualifying Criteria: 10+2 (Science) Or Equivalent.

B.Tech Mechanical Engineering:

  • Foundation course for first year of students.
  • CBCS system, In which we offer Professional and Open Elective course.
  • Student Industrial Internship.
  • 30% Teaching By industrial expert and 70% Teaching by Subject Professionals.
  • 80 Hours industrial training is mandatory for all faculty members of the University.
Qualifying Criteria: 10+2 (Science) Or Equivalent.

BBA

  • BBA proves to be an entry point for the students in their path of being Industry ready.
  • Foundation course on first year of students
  • Industrial Internship at the end of every semester
Admission Criteria:

Passed XII exam from a recognized Board in India and must have 45% (40% for reserved categories)

B.Sc(hons) Biotechnology:

  • An informative, research driven 3 years course for students.
  • The programme focuses on Ability Enhancement Compulsory Courses and Skill Enhancement Compulsory Courses other than the core courses.
  • Internship given to the students.
Admission Criteria:

Candidate must have passed 12th or equivalent (Science Stream with Biology Background) Examination from the recognized Board securing a minimum 45% mark in aggregate of all the subjects. (40% for SC/ST/OBC-Non-Creamy Layer / PD / EWS). Applicants with 12th or equivalent from International Schools, affiliated to foreign education boards like IGCSE (International General Certificate for Secondary Education) and IB (International Baccalaureate) can apply, they have to submit equivalence certificate of Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi.

Qualifying Criteria:

A Candidate must have passed B.Sc. Degree with equivalent (10+2+3) from any University recognized by UGC in relevant subjects with minimum 50% marks as aggregate of all the semester /years. (45% for SC/ST/OBC with Non Creamy layer /PD/EWS). B.Sc. Degree or equivalent with either Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Zoology, Botany, Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Agricultural, Veterinary & Dairy Sciences, Pharmacy, Genetics, Bioinformatics or B. Tech./BE in Biotechnology or Biomedical Engineering are eligible to apply.

M.Sc.- Chemistry.

  • An advanced, informative, research driven 2 years course for students.
  • Student has to undergo Industrial Internship.
  • Believe in smart classroom teaching, E-learning etc.
  • Internship given to the students in the core chemical companies.
  • Mandatory Internship given to the students and faculty at the end of every semester.

  • Student has to undergo Industrial Internship.
  • Believe in smart classroom teaching, E-learning etc.
  • The M.Sc. Industrial Microbiology Program provide an opportunity to make a career in R&D, Industries and Academic Institutions. Opportunity for the placement may be provided by the Institute.
Qualifying Criteria:

It is the great agglomeration of the talent pool, industry personnel on board, high-tech equipment, laboratories & classrooms, computational facilities, digitized knowledge resources and the specialized courses (Data Science, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, IoT and Automation, Robotics & Automation) which makes it the emerging institute of choice by the budding aspirants.
